I woke up this morning at around 5 am to do my morning prayers, and also to finalize my 10th episode of To The Moon video on Youtube before going back to bed since I was also recording at 2 am before that. And I thought I'd open my Facebook while I was at it.

Then I saw Markiplier's post about something that I just couldn't believe. That is, until I checked out the official page of Rooster Teeth, the creative production studio responsible for award-winning online videos, in case you have no idea who they are. And there it is, the headline that I don't want to see this soon:

"Our friend, inspiration and co-worker Monty Oum passed away yesterday afternoon at 4:34 PM surrounded by people who loved him very much."

But the game came out here in Indonesia during the time when I was still in High School, and I was an overly secluded kid back then, so I couldn't play it anyway. The main reason that I didn't want to play it was because it's a pay to play game, and when I thought about it and adding the money I would need to spend to play in cyber cafes, I wouldn't be able to hide it from my parents at all.

Hey guys, did you know that Indonesian people are actually smart?

No, I mean it. Aside from the famous people - like Mr. Habibie, our aeronautics expert, or Mr. Anwar, the 4G inventor - which are pretty much known around the world, we also got the young ones coming out on top of the intellectual race and they're pretty much nobody compared to the big shots out there before they managed to came up with something awesome.

So I made a personal Facebook page. Yay.

It does look empty now, which is pretty obvious. But I do hope that it will be filled with more stuffs later on, I want to make sure that I could at least contribute to the internet community, especially to those first people who supported my page. Even though all of you have been a friend of mine for quite a while.

So let's talk about the purpose of the page for a bit, shall we.

His Table was Ready

So there I was in the middle of writing another post, which is about a joke in milk advertisement (so you shouldn't be taking it too seriously). I checked my Facebook to see what's up around the world, since TV Newschannel here in Indonesia is pretty much useless by now, especially in the past two months.

I expected some reply from one of my best friend, whom I assumed to have dropped into a dead slumber during our chat session last night, or some unread messages since I actually dropped into a dead slumber last night. Or maybe there was an update from one of my favourite Youtuber, Mr Sark, which turned out to be true.

But I was greeted by another sad news, the death of one of the legendary comedian Robin Williams. He took his own life by asphyxiation, presumeably due to depression. So I decided to dedicate this one post for the good man, who had entertained the world for decades, and hope that his legacy lives on.

Birthday in Fitr

Happy Eid Al-Fitr everyone, Minal Aidin wal Faidzin, please forgive me from any mistake that I made to you guys.

It's a late post, but it's not something I could really push right away, since I wouldn't have anything to write about if I haven't done anything to celebrate the day beforehand (hint: I'm lazy). If I wanted to do so then I would make something else at least a day before, like my comrade in creative retardation did, So I squeezed a video out right on the first day.

Ramadhan has Arrived

To my muslim readers, we have now entered a holy month, the Ramadhan. Let us follow through this month of fasting with peace and harmony, and hopefully we'll keep it that way for the rest of the whole year until next Ramadhan comes around.

We shall face the trials for days to come together, and we will not relent. We will triumph.

I Don't Always Make a Newsflash Content...

I'm not a good reporter, but this event is pretty big so I'm going to give it a try.

Long story short, a Boeing 777 class airplane flight MH370 that departed from Malaysia to China suddenly disappeared midflight, and no one has any idea what happened, let alone how. There are possibilities of crashing or even terrorism due to the fact that there are 2 passengers that are believed to be travelling with stolen passports.

It's been all over the news sites/channels, so if any of you don't know that this happened, I feel sorry for you.

Unless you're a cat, which is okay, I guess

Even now there has been no confirmed sightings of the plane's whereabouts, whether it crashed somewhere or sunk down the oceans. There have been reports of debris and oil slicks sightings, but it's still not confirmed yet if they belong to the plane or not.

Somewhere around here, probably

The thing is, one of the passengers was actually a junior of mine back in my bachelor degree days. And even though I don't know the guy, and most likely vice versa, it's still something that would get my attention.

I can only pray for the best out of the worst possible outcomes and hope that there are at least some survivors, or that they manage to locate the black box so that we can finally figure out what the hell happened.
